Today I had the pleasure of lunching with the St Edmundsbury Youth Forum, a body set up and administered by the Council to promote the involvement of young people in the democratic process. I arrived early enough to get embroiled in the subject of schools' reorganisation, the topic they had debated in the morning session. They have strong views, which they present with enthusiasm, and are generally a delightful group of young people whom it is always a pleasure to meet.

Don't set me off on this subject...BAD BAD decision.
PM - what decision is this? Paul hasn't referred to any decision in this post.
Just the usual BAD decision David, schools reorganisation.
PM - now I understand. The raising of the school-leaving age from 16 to 18 has made it look even worse.
