Here is the finished product. I have to grovel on my knees to Suffolk County Council western highways and Cllr Mark Ereira who funded this from his area budget. It is not a perfect job, but it is certainly an improvement.

Good question. This work was all arranged by the county council, of which I am no longer a member.
