This is not what we want creeping over Halfords' (or any other) building. Unfortunately the store manager tells me there is nothing in this year's budget to pay for its removal, and he must wait until April 1st. I have arranged for the council's waste management/cleansing staff to make contact and see if the firm can be persuaded to accept cost price.
