Surgery seeks temporary home

Cllr Richard Rout
Here we are standing at the door of what's left of the library at Bury St Edmunds. We were both there this morning, trying to keep out of the way of people searching for books from the depleted stock, prior to it's moving to Shire Hall for a few months during the refurbishment.

We are hopeful of finding an alternative venue for our monthly first Saturday's surgery before January 2nd (we never cancel - or have not in over three years) and will announce this as soon as we can.

Thanks for the suggestion BB. We're trying Quaker Meeting House first, which is more central, but will bear in mind your idea.
