Following the Town Council's objection to this (and most other people's) SEBC's licensing panel refused the application this morning. I was the only party to the hearing (pp Town Council and as a Borough ward member) and the applicant did not himself turn up.
Given the 40 or so listed buildings around the hill that seems like a sensible decision. What do you think?
