The result of today’s hearing was as follows:
1. Sun-Thur variation rejected (ten minutes only asked for in the case of Mon-Thur) Sunday closing will remain at 1.20 and not the 2am requested.
2. Fri/Sat granted the extra 40 mins until 3am.
3. Seasonal holidays (eg Christmas/New Year but not Bank Hol Mondays) as for Saturday.
4. Additional conditions to restrict noise.
