Highway improvement work is being carried out in both Sparhawk Street and Southgate Street, and a temporary road closure is being prepared, to enable the construction of build-outs to improve road safety.The closure of Sparhawk Street will be for a period of up to seven days commencing Monday 12 January 2009. The closure of Southgate Street will follow this and will be for a period of up to five days commencing 21 January 2009.
