Christmas Fayre

Now an established annual event in the heart of Abbeygate Ward, Bury St Edmunds' Christmas Fayre is liked by the thousands who visit it and hated by some others. One thing it certainly does do is provide a platform (literally, outside the Borough Offices) for local performers - and it is a privilege to be asked to share the same venue as our excellent local musicians.

Here I am doing my bit for St Nicholas Hospice this morning, again filling the warm-up ("graveyard") spot between 10 - 11. Whether I managed to warm anyone I'm not sure, but it's not easy on the fingertips when the temperature is not much above zero!
