Paul Kings Road is NOT shared space. ( I think you konw that )Its still a road, where cars have phiority, Please DONT try and get this confused with shared space, which is used to great benefit in europe, and I am glad to say now uder consideration by progressive councils, ( sadly not Suffolk ).
