4 lbs lighter this morning!Mostly fluid I suppose, as always with starting any diet, but still a great spur to continue.
How can you diet ALREADY? Our house is still full of chocolate and goodies which must be eaten first!
We have a similar glut PM, but its a case of 'carpe diem' (et chocolatus laxus!)
Two more pounds by this morning. It will tail off from now, as I enter a state of "ketosis" (?) and burn offf fat rather than the last two days excess carbohydrates.Yes, I know its boring, but it works!
Sadly my prediction was correct. Same weigh-in this morning. Now the hard work begins.
