Tale from the river bank

Residents Harry Gilbert and Richard Kyme (right) with St Eds assistant engineer Jeff Horner (middle), who met with me yesterday on the bank of the river Linnet. Following residents' concerns Jeff was able to promise short and long-term clearing of the river's vegetation, thus easing fears of flooding in future years.
