Colin - a post about BFP letters is dependent on the quality and range of the contributions Barry Peters receives in any one week.
It might become very interesting if the blog editor had a letter published himself, or was criticised for some minor offence like hiding all the clocks, or riding a bicycle while under the influence of Horlicks.
Is it not about time the Bummer had a blog section of its own ? Its own blog master, or is this a 21st century idea, it could be sindicated an existing set of local bloggers. Livinginburyst edmunds and 21stcentury come to mind.
of course it could not be political ( that counts you chaps out) but it could benefit from the Ruby treatment.
will they pay to attract new readers we ask ?
Has Barry the grit to take the step. or will he leave it to paul to debate his own letters page. .......

I think it is a reflection on a pond and all the blobs are the tiny little insects floating on the top.
I suppose 21st CM is closer than others. I'll leave it until my next post to reveal all.

As I shall be posting about my Cattle Market walkabout tomorrow, I have dcided not to keep you in suspense any longer.
It was simply a swarm of large aphids.
Anon (from that educational establishment in the south?) - at my age one tires easily.
Blimey, those must have been really large aphids. Think they've eaten a bit too much!
Paul - sorry, you're wrong. It's the aurora borealis. I told you that ages ago.
