No, it's not me dressed up as a pantomime dame ("Oh yes it is" I hear you say), but one of the actors who livened up this morning's launch of their new programme, in advance of the reopening of the Theatre Royal in September. I also took photos of John Griffiths introducing the event and of Artistic Director Colin Blumenau's description of the refurbishment and programme, but none came out very well. (It was in bad light and I'm reluctant to use flash - so a steadier hand is needed for the longer exposure. That's my excuse anyway.)No wonder BFP photographer Helen Whitcombe (extreme right) is running away! From me?
