I was very surprised to find that the library was opening today, and although I didn't expect any customers, felt duty bound to hold what not surprisingly turned out to be an empty surgery.On my way I was able to look into something an elector had alerted me too - another fine mess I shall have to sort out. I do hope the old system of services restoring tarmac to original materials within a certain time frame still applies. I will find out on Tuesday. Anyone recognise the location?
