When will we know? (2)

The EADT thinks that this time next week, or within a day or two of that, we will know the outcome, and that an early announcement means status quo. I still wonder if we we will have the two unitaries option confirmed, with parliamentary orders laid later this month, so as to start with an interim group from 1st March or 1st April - with elections May 6th.
