This morning I had a rather chilly bike ride to Out Westgate, to witness some work being done to trees at the back of the new Havebury development, but actually situated at the end of Hospital Road back gardens. Having decided not to 'call in' to the Development Control committee an application to cut back a preserved tree, I promised the objectors I would make sure the work done was minimal.
