My fellow councillor Richard Rout kindly sent these photos to me yesterday. They do seem to indicate that Central Walk (nice and wide) has been refurbished (don't know if the new lighting's fixed yet) and something is happening to Market Thoroughfare which no one ever expected to happen so soon.
