They are said to be good for the prostate, David. And my toe was broken not merely bruised. I am milking this.

Glad you picked up the tip on the Cobnuts. They are delicious aren't they. I've noticed that new trees have been planted in our neck of the woods, which means more cobnuts for years to come..yippee
